After immigrating in the early 80s during Vietnam’s transition into communist dictatorship, one of Minh’s first jobs in Canada was delivering fresh pizzas. Minh continued to work jobs in all sorts of different industries: renovating houses, sprucing up national parks - but he never got sick of delivering pizzas.

So, he listened to his gut and in 2008, CiCi’s Pizza was born.

Kim and Minh have loved seeing the store and the community continue to grow throughout the decades, and in 2016, passed down the business to their daughter, Diana.
Through her modernization efforts, Diana rebranded the business and made the entire experience accessible (and still affordable) to anyone looking for some fresh pies.

While Kim and Minh have stepped away from the day-to-day management of the business to begin enjoying their retirement, their traditional recipe from all those years ago are still as classic as ever: hand-made pizza dough, a three cheese blend that is shredded in-store daily, and a fresh tomato sauce made lovingly by hand.
